Great to meet you!

I’m Perry and I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, youth and families including extensive work in private practice, outpatient counseling, child welfare and schools. I've spent the last 6 years working as a licensed therapist (LCSW, LICSW). I earned my MSW from Southern Illinois University in 2015. I currently hold clinical social work licenses in the states of Florida, Minnesota and Missouri. I help individuals and adolescents looking to manage their anxiety, build self-confidence, reduce stress, navigate family and relationships and much more.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion and practical feedback, aiming to help you move past cycles of anxiety, depression, self-criticism and hopelessness. I help clients to improve their coping skills, to challenge self-limiting beliefs, and to achieve peace of mind. Whether you're navigating a time of worry and stress, a relationship challenge, or a major life transition, I’m here to help you spend less time in your head and more time living your life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session we will find out what you would like to accomplish in therapy and work on creating an actionable roadmap. We'll gather information about your background and your current challenges, and I will provide insights or recommendations for the next session. Most importantly, though, I'll aim to make sure that you feel welcomed, heard and empowered after the first session.
