Great to meet you!

All humans are equipped with the capacity for healing and transformation. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to undergo this process of change. Everyone deserves to create a life that is worth living and is full of meaning. Unfortunately, we are often left feeing disconnected, detached, depressed, or anxious. As a clinician, I am passionate about helping change these patterns.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of any good therapy. For that reason, I foster a relationship that is based in both compassion and challenge. The compassion helps to build a secure space while the challenge aids a person in pushing past the ingrained habits that cause suffering. Through this relationship we can engage in truly meaningful work.

What you can expect from me

You deserve healing and transformation. Together, we can work to move your life in the right direction. Contact me for a free consultation. During that time, you'll have the chance to tell me about your concerns and ask any questions. I find a lot of meaning in my work and the connections I make with clients. I hope to hear from you soon.
