Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and support. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, family conflict, self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and gain deeper self-awareness. My goal is to empower clients to feel more confident, resilient, and connected in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and focused on getting to know them at their own pace. We will discuss what brings them to therapy, current challenges they may be experiencing, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment. My priority is creating a comfortable and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves and ask questions throughout the process. Together, we will begin building a plan that supports their emotional well-being and the changes they hope to make.
