Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina with a masters degree from UNC Chapel Hill. I work with adults and primarily focus on anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. You can learn more on my personal site: https://www.cianci-pllc.com/faqs

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in using evidence-based practices to help people feel better as quickly as possible. I leverage cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) to help people reduce their symptoms and improve their own lives.

What you can expect from me

I try to take a fun, but direct approach to therapy. No one wants to be in therapy forever, and most people don't want to be in therapy at all. That's why my goal is to help you "become your own therapist" so you can get out of my virtual office and back to the life you want to live.
