Great to meet you!

With over 33 years of clinical psychotherapy experience, I am a highly skilled, compassionate, and energetic professional, licensed clinical social worker. I am an effective communicator and have the clinical ability to establish rapport quickly, build trust, and relate to the diverse client populations I provide treatment for who are adults experiencing: anxiety, depression, family, relationship, and/or sexual orientation challenges, which have been negatively impacting your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Being educated and skilled in most treatment modalities I can determine which technique or combination of techniques will work best for each individual client, after our first few sessions. With couples, I have found Imago Relational Therapy very effective to stop blame, criticism, and reduce conflict. It aids to increase understanding, finding common ground, bonding, and communicating with empathy.

What you can expect from our first session

You will have your own personalized treatment plan as a guide to enhance your growth and healing. Through your therapy work, you begin to heal, gain increased insight, achieve deeper self-awareness, and learn to make healthy and effective choices in your life.
