Great to meet you!

I’ll promise you a soft landing into therapy. You’ll find me to be friendly, open, and safe. With 20 years of experience, I’ve helped people overcome difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations. I value each person as unique and special each with very personal needs. I’m qualified to treat a broad range of mental health needs including depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, bipolar and trauma. I’m licensed in mental health and addiction counseling. You can count on me to care and understand.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to understand your thoughts and feelings like you do. I want to “get you”, to know where you are coming from and where you want to go. I am solution-oriented and together we’ll script a plan to move you away from the hurts, habits, and hangups that have you down. We’ll work out a better way to live and feel. I can help you feel better, think differently, and utilize known and hidden strengths to overcome the things that have you down, hold you back, or get in your way.

What you can expect from me

After working with me you will feel empowered to make changes. You’ll notice that you’ve stopped doing things you don’t want to do and started doing the things you want to do. You will be stronger and be able to deal with the things that kept you from being your best self. You will have new skills to utilize to overcome emotional pain and reframe your thinking. You will see a way forward and be capable of making your way. You’ll gain confidence and be a stronger more complete person.
