My name is Dr. Phaecia Ward and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked in a variety of settings, including those specializing in inpatient residential treatment for adolescent boys and pregnant adolescent girls, as well as community, home-based, and early childhood mental health, and inpatient treatment for adults with substance abuse issues. I graduated with both my Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University with concentration in social work for both.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. I specialize in assisting adults with mending broken relationships and regaining confidence through attachment-based interventions. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.

What you can expect from our first session

Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
