Great to meet you!

I help individuals who keep finding themselves in the same painful relational patterns. Whether you're stuck in a situationship that won't solidify, caught in a pursue-withdraw cycle with your partner, or drawn to emotionally unavailable people, there is an attachment pattern driving it. My work is about understanding that pattern and building something more secure.

Whether you're unpacking generational trauma, processing relational distress, or learning how to set boundaries that don't cost you the relationship, we go beyond symptom management and get to the root. This is therapy that meets you where you are and honors every layer of who you are.

My approach to therapy

My style is active, relational, and emotionally present. I'm not the therapist who just nods. I ask real questions, give honest feedback, and help you connect the dots between your past wounds and current patterns. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches, with a strong grounding in cultural responsiveness. I also developed the Situationship-Attachment Recovery Model (SARM), a clinical framework designed for modern relational patterns like situationships, emotional unavailability, and cycles of pursuit and withdrawal.

What you can expect from me

You can expect real talk, real connection, and real progress. Your first session is a conversation about what brought you in, the patterns you've been noticing, and how your attachment system may be shaping your relationships. We'll start building a picture of what's happening beneath the surface.

Over time, you'll walk away with more clarity, stronger boundaries, and a deeper understanding of how your emotional and relational patterns were shaped and how to begin shifting them. We go at your pace, but we go deep. That's where lasting change happens.
