Great to meet you!

For over eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and adolescents who are navigating mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and Autism. I understand that these experiences can shape how young people view themselves, trust others, manage difficult emotions, and perform in school. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, safe, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I help young people explore the thoughts and feelings connected to what they’re going through, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build practical tools for everyday life. I also focus on each client’s strengths and use creativity and engaging activities to make therapy feel approachable, meaningful, and effective.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a better understanding of themselves and new skills they can use outside of therapy, including healthier coping strategies, stronger communication, better conflict resolution, and more confidence managing emotions. My hope is that each young person feels encouraged to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and move toward a happier, healthier future.
