Great to meet you!

  1. I specialize in working with adults—especially professionals, executives, and high performers who are overwhelmed, burned out, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are people who carry a lot: responsibility, expectations, emotional labor, or the quiet belief that they must hold everything together. Therapy with me is a place where you don’t have to perform or manage. You get to slow down, breathe, and be fully seen.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. I draw from trauma‐informed and attachment‐based frameworks — models I’ve implemented and taught in psychiatric and residential settings — to help clients build emotional resilience, deepen self‐understanding, and reconnect with their inner stability. Clients often tell me they feel respected, understood, and safe in our work together, especially those who haven’t felt at home in more traditional therapy settings.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can be stressful! My approach is to address any concerns or questions you have up front and share my approach in as much detail as possible. My focus is to listen deeply and create a map, with you, of the direction you want to take on this journey. Together we need to discover what brought you here and identify the inner resources you have to navigate safe passage to an outcome that feels real, meaningful and worthwhile
