I am a professional and person who is confident that you can have more confidence and contentment. As a trained psychotherapist clinician with 9.5 years experience, I counsel adults with concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to conflict, religious abuse, and marital and identity issues. My education from Hood College with a includes a specialized focus in grief and bereavement counseling. I welcome clients of ALL cultures, belief systems, races, and backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to be your companion in determining the healthiest path and in dealing with past trauma, abuse, or painful memories. I will provide you with an unbiased, nonjudgmental space to explore what is hindering you and to overcome obstacles. I will be honest and direct with you, but also with warmth and help in mind. I utilize a psychodynamic approach, providing psychoeducation and techniques, including CBT and mindfulness, to help make your life and relationships optimal.
