Great to meet you!

Phillip is a dynamic licensed marriage and family therapist who has been working with individuals, couples, and families for over 14 years, helping them create more fulfilled lives. He has two Master's Degrees: one in Personality and Social Psychology and another in Marriage and Family Therapy. He also holds certifications for treating anxiety and using the Prepare/Enrich Assessment for couples.

My approach to therapy

Phillip provides therapy using a mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, structural family therapy, and Christian-based counseling, as needed.

What you can expect from me

Phillip starts clients with a FREE 20-minute consultation. The goal of the consultation is to gain understanding of what brings them into therapy and to allow them to get a feel of the therapists personality. This session is informal, but future sessions may be more structured, as needed. Normally, sessions are tailored to the need of the moment or to the previously discussed therapeutic plan.
