I work from a person-centered lens, which means I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to listen closely, reflect what I see, and help you untangle the things that feel heavy, confusing, or stuck. Together, we’ll get curious about patterns, explore what matters most to you, and find real, doable steps forward. I specialize in using CBT and EMDR therapy approaches.
The first session will be to get a better understanding of what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how I can support you. We will look at goals you have for therapy and what we can do to get there. Getting to know you as a person will guide us through your journey.
