Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should be personalized, compassionate, and centered around the whole person—not just a diagnosis. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support for individuals across the lifespan.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and learn how your mental health is affecting your daily life, relationships, work, and overall well-being. Together, we develop a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs, goals, preferences, and circumstances.

I believe in creating a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being heard. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related concerns, attention difficulties, or other mental health challenges, my goal is to help you understand what you are experiencing and identify effective, evidence-informed treatment options.

My clinical training through Drexel University provided extensive preparation in psychotherapy, psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. I also have specialized training in medical cannabis evaluation and prescribing.

Through MP DM&T Behavioral Health and Wellness Solutions, LLC, I offer convenient telehealth services with limited in-home/mobile visits, making quality mental health care more accessible while maintaining a strong focus on privacy, continuity, and individualized care.

If you are looking for a provider who will listen, collaborate with you, and treat you as a whole person, I would be honored to be part of your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective mental health care begins with truly listening to each person and understanding their unique experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals.

I work with clients to create a treatment plan that is realistic and tailored to their needs. When appropriate, this may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, education, lifestyle considerations, and other evidence-based approaches. I believe clients should be active participants in their care and understand the why behind their treatment options.

I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you can be open and honest about what you are experiencing. My goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help you develop greater understanding, stability, and confidence in your mental health journey.

Every person is different, and treatment should never be one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are and work alongside you toward where you want to be.
