Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. My work often centers around helping individuals, couples, and families navigate grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, identity concerns, and end-of-life transitions. I believe healing happens through trust, compassion, and honest conversation, and I strive to meet each client with patience, empathy, and practical support as they work toward feeling more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and solution-focused. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, and family-centered approaches to help clients better understand their patterns, emotions, relationships, and strengths. Together, we may explore how past experiences, family dynamics, grief, stress, or trauma are impacting your present life, while also building practical tools to help you cope, communicate, set boundaries, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming conversation where we begin getting to know one another at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been carrying, and what you hope will feel different in your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and reassured that you do not have to navigate everything alone. We will begin identifying your goals and the next steps toward healing, growth, and greater emotional peace.
