Great to meet you!

Since 2017, I have helped clients work through trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions. I believe therapy is about more than simply managing symptoms; it is about understanding yourself, recognizing the patterns that may be holding you back, and learning the tools to move forward. My own life experiences have given me a deeper sense of empathy for the struggles my clients face, while my professional training allows me to provide the clinical support and guidance needed to help them navigate them.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes we know we’re struggling but aren’t sure why, or we understand where the pain comes from but don’t know how to move past it. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, unpack those experiences, and begin understanding yourself in a different way. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that have you stuck.

My niche: trauma, anxiety, depression, life adjustment, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, immigrant and racial issues, and other life issues.

What you can expect from me

A personable experience that eases any worries you may have about the therapeutic process.
