Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychiatric Registered Nurse based in North Carolina. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and an Educational Specialist degree in Counseling Psychology from the College of William and Mary. Additionally, I earned my Master of Divinity in Christian Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and am currently completing my doctorate in Christian Counseling. With over 20 years of experience as a practicing therapist, I specialize in helping adults with depression and anxiety disorders become the best versions of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My work as a therapist with clients struggling with depression and anxiety is significant. I bring a combination of structure, empathy, and insight to help them navigate the challenges they face. My ability to see patterns, provide clarity, and guide clients toward practical and lasting change makes me particularly effective in this role.

Given my meticulous nature and commitment to ethical standards, I am well-positioned to help clients process their emotions and develop actionable strategies that lead to real progress. I support a thoughtful and well-rounded approach—one that meets clients where they are and helps them move toward a life of greater balance and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
