Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for the past 8 years, after completing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in 2015 and my provisionally-licensed experience from early 2016 to late 2017. I am currently in the dissertation process for a Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, through which I have focused on treating PTSD, and I am also all-but-dissertation for a PhD in General Psychology. Through my practice, I have supported a diverse clientele in their healing, growth, and transformation through a broad range of issues.

My approach to therapy

Strongly systemic, I approach each client with an ongoing view of their interactions with other people and their experiences in the world. Taking a non-judgmental approach, I value each client’s autonomy and assist them in deciding upon their best hopes for outcomes and helping them navigate the pathways to achieve them.

What you can expect from me

From the very first session, I am most interested in getting to know you, your hopes and your goals, as well as enabling and supporting you in getting to know me. Through forming a strong therapeutic alliance, I aim to always provide a safe space for clients to explore and process the aspects of themselves and their situations that are most important to them, assisting them in gaining clarity, insight, and desired paths forward.
