Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in working with clients across the lifespan who struggle with major depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and anxiety disorders. What makes my practice unique is the use of an emerging psychiatric concept called metabolic psychiatry. Metabolic psychiatry, growing in evidence, is the recognition that diet plays a vital role in mental health. It is my desire, using diet, along with other modalities, including therapy and medication management, to promote healing in the body and brain.

My approach to therapy

I help by reviewing your history and your current struggles and identifying strategies to help you live your best life. This includes medication management, recommendations for therapy, spiritual counseling, and identifying dietary changes that will optimize your physical and mental health.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about your journey to mental well being. I love to celebrate the successes of my clients. Achieving optimal physical and mental health is a lifelong endeavor and it is very satisfying to me to participate in your journey.
