I have been working in Mental Health for more than 15 years. I realized very early in my career that I wanted to be a part of the change that kept families together. I pride myself on true social work values, which includes integrity, ethical practices, and quality services. I use a very warm but direct approach. I cater therapy to your personality with a strong emphasis on accountability. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that are aligned with your current symptoms/issues that will promote long term success.
