Great to meet you!

Therapy works best when you don't have to leave part of yourself at the door. With more than 25 years working with individuals, couples, and families, I help people navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and some of the passages that are hardest to put into words: infertility, pregnancy loss, maternal mental health, and the particular weight that women carry through seasons of life that rarely get enough support. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, and my practice is open to people of all faith backgrounds as well as those without religious beliefs. Whatever you believe, you are welcome here.

My approach to therapy

Together, we focus on something you can actually feel: less anxiety in your body, more clarity in your thinking, and practical tools for when things get hard. For clients working through trauma, our work builds toward a different relationship with the past. Over time, what happened stops having so much power over what is happening now. I also work with couples and families, and that work draws on deep research into what makes relationships last and how to find your way back to each other when it has gotten hard.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I want to know what has brought you here, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping therapy might make possible. There is no checklist, no pressure to have a polished story. If you are ready to work with someone who will meet you exactly as you are, reach out when the time feels right.
