Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Precious! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be yourself while learning practical tools that help you feel better, grow, and move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted, while also being encouraged to grow. I'll meet you where you are, but I'll also ask the hard questions, challenge you when needed, and hold you accountable with compassion. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and make choices that align with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about you. I like to tell my clients that the spotlight is on them because I want to hear your story and understand what has brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, what's been getting in your way, what you want your life to look like, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I'll also explain my solution-focused approach so you know what to expect as we work together. My hope is that you'll leave our first session feeling heard, encouraged, excited about what's possible, and confident that you've found a therapist who genuinely cares about getting to know the authentic you and is committed to helping you create the life you want to live.
