Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice–prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan. I specialize in the evaluation and medication management of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and psychotic disorders. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in supportive counseling alongside medication management. I believe in meeting clients where they are, educating them about their treatment options, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space that supports long-term healing and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and individualized. I do not believe mental health treatment is one-size-fits-all, so I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, culture, strengths, and challenges. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive counseling, education, and lifestyle-focused interventions to promote lasting emotional and functional wellness. My goal is to partner with clients in developing treatment plans that are realistic, empowering, and aligned with their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a thorough, compassionate evaluation in a calm, supportive environment. We will discuss symptoms, goals, and treatment options collaboratively, with a focus on creating a clear, personalized plan that supports stability and progress.
