Great to meet you!

Life can bring unexpected challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You don’t have to face them alone. I’m committed to supporting you as you begin your therapy journey with care and respect for your values and beliefs. My goal is to foster a safe, trusting environment where we can address your challenges and support your personal growth at a comfortable pace.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other concerns that require compassionate, clinical care. My therapeutic approach combines Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to meet your unique needs.

As a bilingual (English/ Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, I recognize the courage it takes to seek support amid life’s challenges. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized guidance to help you navigate your path to wellness. Please get in touch with me to explore how counseling can support your journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll start getting to know each other. I’ll ask what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. We’ll go at your pace—no pressure to share your life story unless you like it.

Using a blend of person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we’ll explore your experiences with compassion while also beginning to notice patterns in your thoughts and behaviors that might not serve you well.
