Great to meet you!

I have a decade of experience working with clients who want to better understand themselves, explore how their past shapes their present, and create authentic change. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, work related stress, and life transitions and are ready to deepen their healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and attuned. I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can slow down, tune in, and connect more fully with yourself. I use parts work to help you understand different aspects of your internal experience and access your natural capacity for healing. I also integrate emotional freedom techniques to help gently process and release stuck emotional energy.

What you can expect from me

I seek to understand what matters most to you while supporting you in building insight, clarity, and forward movement.
