Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Qiana Jones and I am a NC based therapist who has been in practice for over 22 years in various settings. I value using my knowledge and skills to assist my clients with achieving their therapy goals. Working together, building a sense of hope and developing insight and strategies are so important in the healing process. I'm excited to work with people from all walks of life!

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I am trained in various evidence based approaches and strategies which allow me to personalize the therapy experience. It's important that I assess what your needs are and talk through what approaches would work best.

What you can expect from me

In a first session with me, you can expect me to be warm and welcoming. We will complete an initial assessment in a safe and non-judgmental way while getting to know one another. Building a therapeutic rapport is a very important component of the first several sessions.
