Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist who is committed to helping my clients feel better through overcoming mental blocks and emotional pain. I have more than 13 years of clinical experience, including 6 years of working as a psychologist at Duke University.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based techniques with a client-centered focus. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and Mindfulness-Based approaches. My approaches are flexible and adaptive; tailoring my approach to each individual's unique needs is my strength.

What you can expect from me

n our sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore your concerns, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies to overcome challenges. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can freely express yourself and feel heard. Together, we will uncover your strengths and build upon them to foster personal growth and well-being.
