Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and a background in nursing and mental health care. I provide compassionate, individualized psychiatric care to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other mental health challenges.

I understand that seeking mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a welcoming, safe, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to help you achieve emotional stability, improve your quality of life, and build the confidence to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment. I believe every individual has a unique story, and effective treatment begins with listening and understanding your experiences, challenges, and goals.

I combine psychiatric medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and practical coping strategies to develop personalized treatment plans that address your specific needs. I value open communication and shared decision-making, ensuring you feel informed, supported, and actively involved in your care. Together, we will work toward meaningful, lasting improvements in your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your concerns. I will take time to learn about your symptoms, mental health history, daily challenges, and personal goals.

We will review your treatment history, current medications, and any concerns you may have. Together, we will discuss your clinical assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and coping strategies.

My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps in your mental health journey.
