Great to meet you!

Hey! I'm Quinandria and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I strive to curate safe spaces for clients to show up as their WHOLE selves during each session. I want you to feel seen, heard and validated as I travel alongside you on your therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy form a person-centered lens. You are the expert on your life, experiences and emotions. Therefore, who am I to tell you how you experienced YOUR life!? As your Therapist, I am walking alongside you throughout your therapeutic journey. I allow you to take the lead while asking you the tough questions and helping you process through past and current experiences.

What you can expect from me

Every session will be different, because you will enter each session differently. However, you will always feel seen, heard and validated during every session with me.
