Great to meet you!
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to need someone who just gets it — without the performance, without the code-switching, without having to over-explain yourself before the real conversation can begin.
I work with adolescents and adults on anxiety, grief, depression, identity, relationship stress, and the particular weight that comes with being a woman navigating all of it at once. I'm a young Black therapist trained at Fayetteville State University, and I bring cultural awareness and genuine investment to every session — not as a checkbox, but as a core part of how I practice.
I believe healing starts with feeling heard, not just labeled. I open conversation on any topic, and I start exactly where you are.
