Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Quinesha, a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina. I work with adults

navigating anxiety, depression, identity, and life's harder seasons. I believe healing starts

with feeling heard, not just labeled. I like to start where you are, and I welcome open

conversation on any topic. If you're ready to explore what therapy can look like for you,

I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Using evidence-based approaches, we’ll work together to build practical coping skills, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an intake: a chance to share what brought you here in your own

words, at your own pace. We will work together to develop your goals and build a safe, open environment from day one. There is no script, and nothing you say will surprise me.Most clients leave that first conversation feeling relieved they finally said it out loud.
