Great to meet you!

If you've felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted by your health journey or life changes, I offer a compassionate space to help you feel understood, supported, and more like yourself again. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in integrated medical and behavioral health settings. I specialize in medical trauma and whole-person healing, supporting adolescents through adulthood who are navigating chronic illness, complex medical experiences, anxiety, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that healing isn't just about managing symptoms, it's about reconnecting with yourself and reclaiming a sense of wholeness. Outside of the therapy room, I'm deeply family-oriented, and that sense of connection and care is something I bring into every client relationship. I offer services via telehealth, making it easy to access care from wherever you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I incorporate CBT, mindfulness practices, and trauma-focused work to support both immediate coping and deeper, lasting healing. I bring a patient, curious, and authentic presence to every session. I genuinely want to understand you, not just your diagnosis or your symptoms. I move at your pace, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where you never have to filter yourself or perform "doing okay." My style is warm and real! Therapy is most powerful when it feels like an honest conversation, not a formal evaluation. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way, build on your existing strengths, and create a path forward that actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what support feels most important right now. We’ll talk through your concerns, explore what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals and next steps together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful!
