Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve mental wellness and lead more fulfilling lives. With a deep commitment to client-centered care, I bring warmth, insight, and a diverse therapeutic toolkit to every session.

My clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including private practice, community mental health, private educational programs, faith-based initiatives, and the child welfare system. This breadth of experience has equipped me to work effectively with clients from varied backgrounds and life stages.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral disorders, conflict resolution, parenting support, spiritual concerns, military spouse support, and self-esteem development. Whether working with adults navigating life circumstances, a teenager struggling with anxiety, a couple rebuilding trust, or a parent navigating behavioral challenges, I meet each client with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

My integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Client-Centered Psychotherapy. I am known for my collaborative, solutions-focused style that empowers clients to navigate challenges and build lasting emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will get to know you better as it relates to your wellbeing, understand and assess the concern that brought you into therapy, and work to identify treatment goals.
