Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Racheal Korede, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health. I have several years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders across diverse clinical settings.

I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrating therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral strategies and behavioral activation.

My goal is to work collaboratively with you to create a personalized treatment plan that supports your mental wellness, improves daily functioning, and helps you feel more confident and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, solution-oriented, and empowering approach to care. I believe in meeting clients where they are, listening without judgment, and creating a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns.

I work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management along with evidence-based therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral activation. My focus is on helping you understand your symptoms, build practical coping skills, and make meaningful, sustainable progress.

My goal is to support you in improving your overall well-being, enhancing daily functioning, and feeling more confident and in control of your mental health.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a supportive, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where we focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns. We will complete a comprehensive evaluation, including your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and any goals you would like to achieve.

Together, we will begin identifying patterns, discuss possible diagnoses when appropriate, and create an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include medication options, therapy approaches, or both. You’ll also have time to ask questions and share what matters most to you.

My goal for the first session is to help you feel heard, gain clarity about your mental health, and leave with
