Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed by life's challenges, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, or major life transitions. Perhaps you have spent so much time caring for others that you have neglected your own needs, or you are ready to understand yourself better and create a healthier, more fulfilling life. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you recognize your potential, and support you in moving toward greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being. You have already taken an important step by considering therapy, and I would welcome the opportunity to support you in what comes next.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical tools to help you navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding, connection, and recognizing the strengths you already possess.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll complete an intake together so I can understand what brings you to therapy, whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or substance use, and what you hope changes. We’ll talk through your history and current concerns, and start shaping a collaborative, individualized action plan built around your goals. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what to expect from our work together, in a space that feels safe, supported, and understood.
