Great to meet you!

Hello there! As a psychotherapist and yoga teacher, I strongly believe in the mind-body-spirit connection. I have been practicing for over 10 years and have worked with many different people. I work with clients who want change but feel stuck—sometimes overwhelmed, other times high-functioning yet struggling internally. Many have experienced trauma and struggle with motivation or self-worth. I am EMDR trained and experienced in supporting people work through trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I am EMDR trained and incorporate EMDR into my work when it is a good fit, particularly in supporting clients with trauma and deeply rooted patterns. I also work especially well with intuitive, spiritual, or “woo-woo” folks who want a therapeutic space that honors both emotional healing and inner wisdom. Together, we explore what has worked, what hasn’t, and what gets in the way of change—while also noticing and celebrating progress along the way. I work best with clients who are ready for change and want therapy to feel supportive, encouraging, and non-shaming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will go over some practice policies, confidentiality, and logistical information. You will have the opportunity to share your story. If we have time in our first session, we will set goals for therapy that will be our guide map for our sessions.
