Great to meet you!

When anxiety, OCD, or trauma take up too much mental space, it can be hard to feel like yourself. You may feel stuck in intrusive thoughts, overthinking, fear, or patterns that leave you overwhelmed, disconnected, or on edge. My goal is to help you feel less stuck and more like yourself again. I work with adults navigating OCD, anxiety, and trauma. Many of the people I support have experienced abuse, relationship or sexual violence, religious trauma, or the effects of discrimination related to race, neurodiversity, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

My approach to therapy

I create a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative, where you can show up as you are without judgment. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, EMDR for trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support healing and build self compassion.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can see if my therapeutic style and personality will be a good fit for you. Please feel free to reach out!
