Great to meet you!

Hello :) I have been in the behavioral health field since 2010. I have a lot of experience working with justice involved clients, which has given me the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds that deal with acute and chronic mental health and substance use challenges. My goal is to help clients become empowered to move their life in the direction that feels best for them. I do this through building a strong therapeutic alliance and clear client centered goal setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma informed and collaborative with a touch of lighthearted humor when its needed.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel seen and heard without judgment and assisted in finding a way to identify and work towards therapeutic goals in each session. Goals may change as we continue our work together and new insights are discovered.
