Great to meet you!

Im a Neurodivergent woman in her 40's who has had to do a lot of overcoming in this life (but I am always a work in progress). I have done a lot of my own work to heal and I live with a high level of empathy, compassion and also humor.

I have over 2 decades of experience as a clinician in many realms. I specialize in helping people who are deep thinkers or internalizers; people whose anxiety, neurodivergence, people pleasing or caregiving have caused them to feel stuck.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the power of this work and the change, hope and comfort that can be found through therapy. It is important to have goals and direction for our work together while also leaving space for what rises up that we didn't expect-- that is where some of the magic really happens. I use sound evidence based treatment, blended with an intuitive and relational approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Many people seek my help because they are feeling hopeless or stuck in some aspect of their life. I help guide people to a new place of change. Growth can be hard work at times, but I seek to make sessions a space that you leave feeling hopeful, anchored and fully supported.
