Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I'm so happy you're here. I have a bachelors of psychology, masters of social work and am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW-C. My job is to be here to help guide you to meet the goals you create. You are have the power to create whatever change you desire and I will help get you there.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I prioritize person centered therapy and specialize in CBT treatment. My expertise includes depression, anxiety, low self esteem, self harm, adjustment disorders, bipolar, and serving the LGBTQ+ community. I believe mental and behavioral health treatment is not a one size fits all and should be individualized based on your personal needs and wants.

What you can expect from our first session

I have been practicing in an outpatient setting, both in person and telehealth for about four years now. Before that, I spent about two years providing services to youth and families in their homes. Through my years of experience, I have learned how to help clients facilitate better communication skills, show clients how to be goal oriented, work through past trauma, and gain self confidence.
