Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A). I have several years of experience working with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including co-occurring disorders, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. Prior to entering the mental health field, I worked as a Speech Language Pathologist with adults and the geriatric population regarding cognitive issues, grief/loss processing, and stroke rehabilitation.

My approach to therapy

I strive to gain a trusting relationship with my clients so that they can feel comfortable to express themselves. I have experience in several treatment approaches including person-centered therapy, emotionally focused therapy for couples, somatic and experiential therapy in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

What you can expect from me
