Great to meet you!

Life can be hard, no matter who you are. If you want to feel more in control, secure, and at ease in your life, I have a passion for helping you get there. I work best with people who are motivated for change and insight, but are also curious about themselves. I love helping individuals and couples work through relationship difficulties, life changes/transitions, and change behaviors that are no longer serving them. I also specialize in and am passionate about working with medical professionals, or any high achieving professional, who may be contending with issues like stress/burn out, professionalism, and communication issues.

My approach to therapy

I am authentic, empathetic, trustworthy, and non-judgmental. I use these qualities and skills to support you in overcoming challenges that may have brought you to therapy in the first place. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness, to be understood, and to guide you to finding useful tools to improve your functioning in all aspects of your life.

What you can expect from me

I understand the importance of having someone, especially a professional, that you can turn to for unbiased and authentic support. My goal is for my clients to eventually learn and internalize the skills they need to manage their lives independently. I want my clients to feel confident and empowered so they do not have to rely on a therapist forever.
