Great to meet you!

My goal is help you thrive and move forward in your journey toward wholeness and freedom. As a therapist, I enjoy supporting people on their healing journey, and partnering to with those who are experiencing disruption in their relationship with others, difficulty with anxiety or depression, and/or challenges with eating disorders and/or weight. I continue to do my personal healing work to create an atmosphere for you to feel like you are not alone. I would welcome the chance to meet with you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in solution-focused, brief therapy, working to provide you the tools to help you begin to regain control of your thoughts and emotions. I have received advanced training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and appetite awareness training or binge and overeating.

What you can expect from me

In working with me, you can expect a therapist who is empathic and committed to walking you to the next step to help break old patterns, improve your communication, relieve symptoms of depression or anxiety, and/or help you regain control of your eating and weight behaviors.
