Great to meet you!

I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected,or stuck-even if they appear to be managing well on the outside. may You be navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, burnout or life transitions; and looking for a supportive, non-judgemental space to slow down and make sense of your experiences. You want to feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and build practical tools for lasting change. The goal being to move toward greater clarity, balance and a more fulfilling connection with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients can process their experiences, build insight and develop practical coping strategies. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate and tailored to each individual, with focus on healing at a pace that that feels safe and sustainable.

If you are feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted, you're not alone. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, feel understood and begin to make sense of what you have been carrying. If you're considering therapy but aren't sure where to start, I invite you to reach out. I'd be honored to support you on your path forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a safe, supporitve relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to change or understand and any concerns or questions you may have. I will also review important details such as confidentiality, informed consent and how therapy works. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and what a successful therapy experience might look like for you. Most importantly, the first session is about helping you feel heard, respected and supported.
