Great to meet you!

I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that growth and change happen within a supportive and authentic relationship. I see each person as inherently capable of kindness, compassion, and growth, and my goal is to provide a safe, ethical, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences openly and without judgment. My role is to offer perspective, encouragement, and advocacy as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs. I often incorporate expressive arts, play-based therapy, and motivational interviewing, among other modalities. I draw from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective that uses creativity as a tool for insight and transformation.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share at your own pace — there’s no pressure to cover everything right away. Together, we’ll discuss your goals, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what a supportive space looks like for you.
