Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults and couples manage the stress life throws at them. I am licensed in Texas, Virginia, and Arkansas. Most of my clients see an improvement in their symptoms within the first month and learn to use healthy coping to sustain their improvements.

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and patterns of behavior. During treatment, I'll also help you explore ways your past is currently impacting how you are showing up today.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will discuss your concerns and then create a plan to address these issues to help you regain control of your life.
