I have been in the field since 2011, working in different capacities ranging from residential case manager, to admission coordinator for an inpatient rehabilitation program, and as an outpatient clinician for several different agencies including a methadone clinic.

I am committed to creating a safe, encouraging, and motivating environment to support individuals working to reach their identified goals. By utilizing interventions and treatments from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused frameworks, I am able to foster a strong therapeutic rapport in a non-judgmental environment.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to learn how to better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that you can better understand your current experience. I will help you look for all possible solutions to your problems in a non-judgemental way. I will also help you understand the connection between your nutrition and mood.
