Rachel Krokus

I began my career in the non-profit sector 20+ years ago as a case manager for harm reduction, HIV/AIDS prevention, and disability rights agencies.

After earning my MSW I spent 13 years at the VA where I specialized in care for veterans who were using substances, combat veterans adjusting to civilian life, and LGBTQIA+ veterans including those seeking gender affirming care.

I enjoy working with folks to explore areas they are seeking to change, accept, and all the stuff in between.

Finding balance and peace in the modern world is a lifelong pursuit. I can offer perspective, skills, and wisdom accumulated from years of experience. Together we can deepen your inner wisdom and skillfulness for navigating the experience of life.

I enjoy working with those in various areas of life transition including exploration of relationship with self, others, and habits; identity in context of self and society; academic and vocational transitions; and stage of life changes.
