Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years with several different populations. I work with strengths based perspective and motivational interviewing techniques to ensure that you're voice is heard. I have training specific to trauma (PTSD) and borderline personality disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy includes offering options for session topics along with opportunities to learn effective skills. Many people whom I support want to focus on improving relationships, increasing tools to manage emotional distress, learning how to enjoy the present moment, and developing a more positive sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, you will develop self-understanding. Because safety in sessions and our working relationship is a priority, you'll experience safety to be heard and seen with all that you bring.
