Great to meet you!

I received my Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. I have worked as a healthcare social worker and mental health therapist.

I specialize in working with individuals with chronic illnesses, both newly diagnosed and ongoing, as well as caregivers who are supporting those with chronic illnesses. I also work with individuals experiencing grief, aging challenges, parenting stressors and those who are navigating life's transitions.

My approach to therapy

I recognize that each client comes to therapy with different life experiences and goals and I use skills of empathy and kindness to help every client feel comfortable. I pride myself on active listening and creating an affirming, non-judgmental environment with mutual respect to build a strong trusting partnership.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe space, free of judgement so clients can focus on mindfulness, improve their emotional well-being and embrace their authentic selves.
