I am a licensed mental health therapist in Maryland specializing in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and relationships issues. I work with with adults, couples, and groups to help them to overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

I am an eclectic, person-centered therapist. I use many evidence based treatment modalities when working with my clients to help them achieve their goals. My style is direct, warm, authentic, empowering, honest, holistic, and collaborative.

When working with my clients, my aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and trusting environment, in which we can work collaboratively to get to the root cause of the issues that brought you to therapy. I work closely with my clients to help them to gain the tools they need to achieve freedom from their struggles and true relief. Many of my clients report relief from symptoms, and success with treatment goals soon after starting therapy.
