Having been late-diagnosed with ADHD as an adult myself, I have personally utilized many of the tools we will discuss in session and I have more than a few tricks up my sleeve to help you on your journey.

My approach to treatment utilizes a combination of evidence-based therapies and tools, as well as professional and lived experience. I will collaborate with you to find the balance between validating your emotions and identifying the most approachable solutions that fit the needs for whatever stressors you are facing.
